Maxine Dot Quilt and Maxine Dot XL Quilt: This quilt was designed to honor my grandma, Maxine.She loved dots so much, and I wanted to reflect that not only in the fabrics used in the original rainbow version, but also in the design of the block.This comes with 2 downloads, the Maxine Dot Quilt and the Maxine Dot XL Quilt.The Maxine Dot Quilt pattern is written for (1) 14" Block with a chart to show yardage needed for different sizes.The Maxine Dot XL Quilt pattern is written for (1) 27 ½” square block.There is a chart included with yardage needed for a few different sizes.Both patterns are included in the single purchase.
The original rainbow version was made with a variety of dot fabrics.The second Maxine Dot quilt I made is with scrappy black and white prints, in which I used leftover fabrics to create an interesting border.This black and white quilt was purchased and featured on The Walking Dead (season 10, episode 7)!I was privileged to have this featured on the show!
